EXO Navigator
Executive Order has created a comprehensive toolset that helps EXO Teams accelerate the delivery of SAP solutions at Life Sciences Companies. Navigator provides a framework that our Consulting Teams use throughout all stages of our projects. The key features of Navigator include:
Project Methodology Engine - Contains a structured framework for our implementation and upgrade efforts. This framework is broken down into Phases, Activities and Tasks. At each level of the Navigator Methodology, there is an associated description and accelerator.
Process Model Engine - Contains a structured framework around the SAP Process Model, Process Descriptions and SAP Transactions. The Process Model is broken down into Processes and Sub-Processes. At the lowest level of the Process Model is the related SAP Transactions. Using this toolset we are able to identify areas within the model that are in and out of scope and that are GMP related, enabling EXO to determine the Client’s validation needs.
These tools address all aspect of SAP and Validation in a regulated environment giving Executive Order consultants everything they need to rapidly begin and successfully complete SAP implementations in Life Science Companies. In addition to these two main engines, Navigator also provides the Team with an Issue Tracking System and a Glossary Lookup tool.
